Signing-up to Grab Talent

Step 1. Go to https://grabtalent.io and click "Sign up".

Step 2. You can commence the sign-up process by clicking “Candidate Sign-up”.

Step 3. You can then choose to sign-up via your email address or resume. Click "Via Resume", which will take you to the next step where you can upload your most recent resume. Please note that you will have to add your resume in order to see any job matches and to apply for a role.

Step 4. Click "Choose file" and select the resume you wish to add to your profile and click "Upload your Resume"

Step 5.  Our email checker will search your resume for your email I.D. As illustrated below you can correct any unlikely error here. Once confirmed click "Confirm Email" 

Step 6. Check your email to finish your account set up

Signing up to Grab Talent via email address

Repeat Steps 1 & 2 above and select "Via Email Address". Enter in your email address, password, confirm your password, agree to our legal policy and click "Create Profile".

You will then be taken to step 2 of your sign up. Please enter in your personal details and if you are currently employed complete the optional employment details and click "Create Profile" and follow the instruction on the screen, as illustrated below.

Once you click "Create Profile' please check your email to verify your email, as instructed below.

Adding you Resume

Step 1. Click the settings wheel on the top right-hand side of your screen. This will take you to your account setting page and select "Edit Resume".

Step 2. Select your Resume. This is needed in order to match you with potential roles and necessary for you to apply for a role and click "Update Resume". You can check your upload by clicking "View Resume", as illustrated below.

Signing-in to Grab Talent

Step 1. Go to https://www.grabtalent.io and click "Login" -> "Candidate Login"

 Step 2. This will take you to the login page. Enter in the email address you used to sign-up and password, then click "Sign in". 

Once logged in you will arrive at your dashboard. It is here you will see jobs that match your skill and experience. Do not be disappointed if you do not see any job matches, since GT Match© works tirelessly around the clock to find roles so you do not have to.

Applying for a role

Step 1. Sign-in to your account where you will then be taken to your dashboard. It is here you will see the latest jobs that match your skills. 

Step 2. Click "Apply" or View Job' for more details and click "Apply for Job".

Step 3. You will then be taken to the "Work Status Declaration", where you will need to select the correct status and click "Ok", or "Cancel", should you not wish to proceed. 

Step 4. Your application has now been submitted successfully to the hiring company. To view the status of your application, please click "My Applications" on your Dashboard. Click "Ok".

Viewing your applications

Step 1. Go to your dashboard and click on "My Applications"

Forgot Password

Step 1. Go to https://www.grabtalent.io/candidate/sign-in and click the "Forgotten Password" link.

Step 2. Enter in  the email address associated with you Grab Talent account and click "Send Reset Email". 

Step 3.  Open your email and click the "Reset Your Password" link which will take you to your secure webform where you will need to enter in your new password and click "Reset Password". You will then be re-directed to sign-in, using your new details.

How to delete your user account

You can initiate this action by contacting our accounts department via email at [email protected] and clearly state that you want to delete your account and provide any necessary account details for verification purposes.

What information should I include in my email?

Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A clear request to delete your account
  • Any other relevant details or questions you may have

Will I receive confirmation of my account deletion request?

In most cases, the accounts team will confirm your account deletion request via email. They may also provide further instructions or ask for additional information if needed. Please note our team will never ask you for bank information.

How long does it take for my account to be deleted after submitting a request via email?

The timeframe for deleting your account can vary from a few days to several weeks. We act in accordance with applicable privacy laws and take reasonable steps to expedite the deletion process while ensuring the protection of user data.
