In short no. Our platform serves similar purposes in connecting job seekers with employers, but we differ in our approach and functionality. Job Boards typically maintain a static database of job listings, and the matching process relies heavily on manual intervention - we do not. Our platform dynamically adapts to changes in employer requirements and candidate information, ensuring more relevant and up-to-date matches.

At Grab Talent we believe filtering out candidates who prefer a different work condition can be counterproductive, since restricting your candidate pool to only those willing to work under different terms to the one advertised, you may miss out on highly skilled individuals. During the interview process, negotiating work terms with the prospective employee is always be an option.
